About vacancy
We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Designer who likes creating interesting and user-friendly interfaces. You will mostly deal with UX, but of course, we and our clients value a keen and outstanding UI.
We are looking for a person with a deep understanding of the design approach and principles. The one who can bring the project idea to all UX/UI/prototyping stages.
You will lead a team that works on different projects: B2B portals, dashboards, mobile apps, etc. As a team lead, you will take part in pre-sales activities, holding daily meetings with a design department, and help them in difficult situations.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
3+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer, including contributing as a leader in the design;
Leading design team, organization of the design delivery process, supervision, and mentorship;
Deep understanding of all UX and UI stages, ability to offer the wisest and cost-effective approach for the project design stage;
Ability to understand complex business problems and establish a design vision for the product;
Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely manner, with competing priorities and deadlines;
Experience of working with design systems;
Experience in creating user-friendly web-interfaces;
Solid experience in designing mobile applications;
Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator);
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills;
Advanced level of English;
Knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Zeplin will be a plus;
Skills in motion design will be a plus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with product managers and other designers on defining, designing and iterating innovative experiences that result in improved user experience and positively affect our commercial KPIs;
Partner with stakeholders to create a vision and problem solve together;
Provide estimates for projects with different levels of complexity;
Communicate with clients directly;
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards;
Conceptualizing beautiful and simple experiences that users will love;
Designing experiences for mobile, web and wearable platforms;
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions;
Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs;
Collaborate with a software development team.
